Our year group induction programmes are designed to bring people together, and start the year with solid foundations. Our inductions encourage strong positive peer relationships and a high performance team culture. Students feel comfortable and ready to start the academic year with a greater understanding of their peers and the social aspect of school or college life.

Our induction programmes are fully flexible and mobile. In other words we could come to you or a venue of your choice, or you could bring your year group to us. Programmes vary in length, from a single day to a residential programme, and are taylored to your requirements. Again, the selection of activities and budgetry considerations are all discussed prior designing a programme.
