Central to the values of Free for Life is the desire to make a positive difference to peoples lives.

We are passionate about personal development. We believe that outdoor activities and environments offer excellent mediums for real development of both individuals and teams. This, combined with appropriate and skillful facilitation provide many of the essential ingredients required for maximum development.

The environment:
We have great respect and love for our natural environment and as such we follow the County Code, promote a care for our environment on our courses and use recycled paper.
